Pre-Contract Information and Distance Sales Agreement

English translation for convenience; the Turkish version prevails. This document applies to Aymam AI subscriptions sold online to consumers in Turkey, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Business customers and customers outside Turkey are covered by the Terms of Service. The plan, period and total price you choose are shown in the order summary, which forms part of this document.

PART A — PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION

  • Main features: a subscription to an AI assistant run over WhatsApp / Telegram (plan contents and quotas are stated in the order summary).
  • Total price: shown in the order summary, all taxes included. There is no delivery charge.
  • Payment: credit / debit card via [ÖDEME KURULUŞU / PAYMENT PROVIDER — e.g. Stripe], or bank transfer. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews monthly with the same payment method.
  • Performance: the service is started, with setup over WhatsApp, within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Right of withdrawal: explained in section 5 below.
  • Complaints: send them to [E-POSTA / EMAIL — e.g. destek@aymam.ai]; you may also apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts.

PART B — DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

SELLER: [ŞİRKET UNVANI / LEGAL NAME — e.g. Ad Soyad – Aymam Yazılım], [AÇIK ADRES / REGISTERED ADDRESS], [E-POSTA / EMAIL — e.g. destek@aymam.ai], [TELEFON / PHONE].

BUYER: the consumer who provided their name, contact and billing details when ordering.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the provision of the Aymam AI subscription the BUYER ordered online, and the parties' rights and obligations.

3. Service, Price and Payment

The type, scope, subscription period and total price including taxes are as stated in the order summary. The subscription is paid monthly in advance and renews automatically unless the BUYER cancels. The BUYER may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Invoices are issued electronically and e-mailed to the BUYER.

4. Performance

The SELLER starts the service within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. The service depends on third-party infrastructure such as Meta, Google and hosting providers, and is provided within the scope set out in the Terms of Service.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date without giving a reason, by writing to [E-POSTA / EMAIL — e.g. destek@aymam.ai]. The SELLER refunds the payment with the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice.

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance started with the BUYER's explicit consent before the withdrawal period ended, or to services performed instantly online. By approving at checkout that the service starts immediately, the BUYER accepts losing the right of withdrawal for the period that has started.

6. Personal Data

The BUYER's personal data is processed in line with the KVKK Information Notice and Privacy Policy.

7. Disputes

Consumer arbitration committees at the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade; consumer courts have jurisdiction above those limits.

8. Entry into Force

The agreement is concluded and takes effect when the BUYER reads and electronically approves it, together with the pre-contract information, at checkout.
